Crystal Healing

The different crystals have individual healing properties.

Amber: (not actually a crystal but rather pine tree sap millions of years old).  Used for revitalising internal organs and for drawing negativity out of the body. Removing self-imposed obstacles.  Helps discover ancient wisdom and knowledge.

Amethyst: Spiritual Upliftment. Psychic abilities. Purify and transmute negativity. Reduce anger, impatience, and nightmares.

Aquamarine: Serenity and peace of mind.  Remind one of Love and Mercy. Reduces fluid retention.  Strengthening the kidneys, liver spleen and thyroid.

Aventurine:  Helps heal the Heart, lungs, and adrenals. Relieves grief and anxiety and balances the emotions. Balances male/female energies. Fights viruses and a good all round stone for general illness.

Azurite: Helps to change belief systems.  Old beliefs can surface and be reassessed anew.  Can bring up sub-concious thoughts to be used in the conscious mind. Calms anxiety; combats a lack of self-discipline. Powerful healing force to physical body, brings emotional release, reduces depression and anger.

Bloodstone: Cleanser for the physical body.  Helps heal all blood disorders, lungs, eyesight and heart. Strengthens the blood cells and helps bring oxygen to the blood stream.  Feeling tired or run down.

Carnelian: Helps to utilise ones own power in the physical world.  Focuses the mind.  Balance, creativity and mental processes. Helps asthma and blood pressure. Helpful in making choices and decisions.  Protects the user from all negative emotions.

Citrine:  Energises.  Upliftment - Helps digestion, circulation. Physical and material power.  Helps with confidence.  Money. Good for the kidneys, colon, liver and gallbladder.   Digestive disorders and heart tissue regeneration.

Diamond:  Increase personal clarity. Balances metabolism, de-toxifies the body and strengthens the eyesight.    Intensifies and activates one's internal energies.  Increasing personal self-esteem.

Emerald: Physical, emotional and spiritual balance. Tranquilising affect on the heart and mind, inspiring calm, clear assurance.  Brings security in love.  Abundance and creativity.  Improves your memory & increases your mental skills.

Hematite: Helps heal, tumors and anemia. Helps memory enhancement, original thinking and technical knowledge.   Balances out the emotions and energies between the body, mind and spirit.  Reduces stress.
