Dining in a Cafe or Restauraunt offers one of lifes simple pleasures.  Wether it be a cheap eat or silver service, there is nothing better than a good meal.  An Italian, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Mexican or Australian restaurant offers dining experiences to make you want to go back again and again.  Try a local cafe for a coffee and cake or perhaps a light meal.  Let's not forget the range of takeaway with pizza, fish and chips and noodles.

One of Victoria's oldest river towns Echuca is still a very popular destination for those wanting a holiday on or by the water.  Combined with Moama it is known as the Paddle Steamer capital of Australia.

Eildon Restaurant
Eildon is the gateway to Lake Eildon - a water catchment constructed in the 1950s - it offers up to 600 kms of shoreline with over 800 luxury houseboats moored at any one time. Hervey Bay is around three and a half hours from Queensland's capital or less than hour by plane.  Hervey Bay attractions include the Great Sandy Strait, World Heritage listed Fraser Island, the Bay and the wetlands. Hervey Bay is the whale watching capital of the world.  From July to late August the humpback whales pass through this beautiful region. 

Hobart Restaurant
Hobart is in the south-east of the state, not far from the mouth of the Derwent River. Lakes Entrance Restaurant
Lakes Entrance is the gateway giving ocean going vessels access to the Gippsland Lakes which is the largest inland waterway that can be navigated in Australia.  Lakes Entrance borders the 90 mile beach offering some of the best surf fishing in Australia. The 90 mile beach is also a popular surf beach facing Bass Straight.

Launceston Restaurant
Launceston is the second largest city in Tasmania with around 65,000 people.  Launceston is known as the Garden City of Tasmania. Situated around 200 kms from Hobart, Launceston is the major entry point to Tasmania for those taking the ferry from Tasmania. A very picturesque region, Launceston is situated on the South Esk River Bank. 

Lorne Restaurant
