What is Homeopathy?
It is based on the Law of Similars and potentization. Basically, the Law of Similars is the premise that because exposure to a given substance can cause specific symptoms in someone who is healthy, then that substance — given as a homeopathic remedy — will stimulate the body's own curative powers to overcome similar symptoms during illness.

Homeopathy: May The Force Be Within You
Homeopathy is an alternative system of medicine, which was founded in 1789 by German physician Dr. Samuel Hahnemann. It was very popular at this time, but with the dawn of modern medicine, its popularity declined. However, the 1980's produced its revival. It is now the second most widely used medicine in the world.

Homeopathy
The word homeopathy comes from the Greek words for "suffering" and "similar." Homeopathy is the practice of treating diseases and conditions with the substance or circumstance that caused them. The best example of the basic concept of homeopathy in regular use is allergy injections which use small amounts of the allergen to immunize the patient against later exposure to the allergen.

What Is Classical Homeopathy?
Classical homeopathy is generally defined as a system of medical treatment based on the use of minute quantities of remedies that in larger doses produce effects similar to those of the disease being treated. It is believed that very small doses of a medication could have very powerful healing effects because their potency could be affected by vigorous and methodical shaking.
