Low Back Pain: Alternative Therapies
Complementary and alternative medicine is a group of diverse medical and health care systems, practices, and products that are not presently considered to be part of conventional medicine. The difference between Complementary and Alternative medicine is that Complementary medicine is used together with conventional medicine.

Effective Lower Back Pain Treatment
I first recall having back pains in October of 2004. On the outset it was nothing more than a minor irritant after having sat for too long. It is now become much more than that. I am definitely in one of the risk groups for needing lower back pain treatment. My problem is pretty much brought on by my own doing. I am only and I do not exercise nearly as much as I should.
